Event outline
This forum aims to equip independent fund directors with a practical understanding of fund finance tools and the associated governance considerations.
Through a fictional case study, the session will explore how subscription lines and NAV facilities are structured and used in real life — from identifying the funding need to navigating lender requirements and ensuring proper board oversight.
With perspectives from legal, banking, and fund management experts, the discussion will highlight how directors can effectively challenge, contribute, and safeguard governance standards throughout the financing process.
