Yasmine Din is a senior financial services executive with over 20 years of experience in the international banking and investment fund industry, with a strong focus on client relations, fund dealing services, and transfer agency operations within leading global institutions.

She currently serves as Head of Client Relations Luxembourg at BNP Paribas Securities Services, where she is also a member of the Executive Committee. In this role, she leads the client relations function at country level, contributes to strategic and operational decision-making, and represents client interests at senior management and executive forums.

Prior to this position, Yasmine held several senior leadership roles at BNP Paribas Securities Services, including Head of Fund Dealing Services, where she oversaw large operational teams and ensured high standards of operational efficiency, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Earlier in her career, she held management and quality roles across client account management, transfer agency operations, training, and process improvement.

Yasmine began her career at HSBC Investment Funds Luxembourg, where she worked in KYC and AML within the transfer agency business, building a solid foundation in regulatory compliance and client due diligence.

She holds a Master in Finance and Investments from the London School of Business and Finance, with a specialization in Investment Banking and Capital Markets, and has completed MBA Essentials at the London School of Economics, focusing on organizational leadership.

In addition to her executive responsibilities, Yasmine is actively engaged in the Luxembourg financial ecosystem. She is a member of the ILA Alternative Investment Funds Committee and contributes to initiatives promoting high standards of governance and professional excellence. She is also involved in mentoring and community initiatives, supporting leadership development, social inclusion, and sustainability projects.
