Paolo Gianferrara joined BNP Paribas Group in 1990. After spending 7 years with the French Retail Banking, developing business with international clients, he joined Inspection Générale in 1997.

Since 2000, Paolo Gianferrara has focused his career on Investments, out of which 6 years with Bnp Paribas Asset Management, as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Global Head of Internal Sales for FundQuest, and 15 years with Bnp Paribas Wealth Management as Global Head of Hedge Funds, Senior Advisor to United Investment Management for UEB, COO of Discretionary Portfolio Management for BNP Paribas Banque Privée and Head of Products and Services for BNL Private Banking.

Since 2020, he is in charge of Global General Partner S.A., the alternative asset management company of Wealth Management in charge of structuring and managing a range of Feeder Funds investing in a selection of Private Equity, Private Real Estate and Private Infrastructure funds.

He is Administrator in charge of daily activities within Global General Partner Board and member of the BNP Paribas Wealth Management Luxembourg Executive Committee since 2020.

Paolo has graduated in Political Sciences at the University of Bologna (Italy) and has a Master in Organization’s Theory with Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Paris).
