AHMADOVA Vusala, Vistra Fund Management SA

Vusala joined Kroll (Luxembourg) Management Company as a Conducting Officer Valuations in July 2023, which has been later in the year acquired by Vistra Fund Management S.A., a third-party Chapter 15 UCITS Management Company and authorized AIFM, where Vusala continues heading the valuation function of the combined business.

Prior to joining Kroll, Vusala was responsible for reviewing and auditing valuations of private equity, private debt and other illiquid assets for clients across different stages and strategies (Seed, Ventures, Growth, Buyout, Private Debt, Private Equity, Technology, Infrastructure, etc.) as a Senior Manager at Valuation for Audit (VfA) Unit in KPMG Luxembourg.

Vusala began her career in 2005 at PwC as auditor with subsequent involvement in management consultancy, finance transformation, systems and processes design and implementation, corporate finance and valuations at different stages of her career. In 2014, she joined engineering business in Baku to lead local finance function with direct exposure to multiple aspects of operational and strategic finance, SOX/internal controls implementation, methodologies and policies, tax and compliance.  She re-joined KPMG in 2019.

Vusala is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Fellow member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). She holds MSc in Professional Accountancy from University of London.
