Jérémie Houet is the founder of CorpEdgeS.ar.l.. He has +15 years of experience in the Luxembourg legal and financial industry.

Jérémie worked in reputable law firms and as in-house legal manager, in Luxembourg and in New York, focusing on corporate and investment fund matters.

Jérémie has developed a wide range of core competencies when it comes to corporate governance matters, company secretary and legal drafting work, regulatory oversight, compliance, directorship mandate and cross functional / structuring projects.

Jérémie has personal interest in the real assets industry (PERE, infra., secondaries, FoF, debt/credit) as well as FinTech/RegTech(incl. blockchain related developments) and is active in the Luxembourg financial market in particular as member of the ILA (Luxembourg Institute of Directors) Corporate Governance Officer Committee.

Jérémie holds a PhD in private law from University Paris X.
