LUCAS Xavier, BlackRock Property Lux S.à.r.l.

Director, Conducting Officer, Legal and Compliance, Head of Compliance for Luxembourg at BlackRock and is based in
Luxembourg. In addition to his executive responsibilities, the role involves leading a team providing compliance support
across all business lines for Luxembourg, France and Belgium, as well as EMEA client businesses within BlackRock.

Mr Lucas has 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry in a variety of legal, regulatory and compliance leadership
roles, including AML/CFT.

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2018, Mr Lucas worked at Fidelity International where since 2012, based in Luxembourg, he
was a director providing legal advice in respect of the regulated funds primarily, Luxembourg and French domiciled UCITS
and AIFs (including real estate funds for which he had been appointed as Board member), distribution and governance
including for France, Belgium and Switzerland, being amongst others a key point of contact for the CSSF and the AMF. He
also provided support and coordination for Continental Europe on a number of key regulatory projects developments such
as AIFMD, UCITS V, PRIIPs and MiFID II. He also held several senior management roles working both for law firms, asset
management groups and regulator, including Clifford Chance, Carmignac Gestion, Rothschild, the AMF and CESR/ESMA.
Mr Lucas is member of ILA and ALFI, ALCO and EFAMA working groups.

Mr Lucas is a qualified lawyer, with a dual education in finance and law. He earned a Master and Postmaster degrees in
Business Law from the University of Toulouse I, Capitole and a post graduate diploma in Management and Banking and
Financial Markets (MBA Level Degree) from the Toulouse Business School.
