MASSARD Marie-Hélène, FOYER Assurances

Marie-Hélène Massard is a statistics engineer with a master's degree in Information Systems and Management Control. She joined the French insurance group AXA in Paris in 1996. She rose through the ranks before moving to Warsaw in 2008 to join the executive committee of the Polish subsidiary. There, she managed the Group's marketing for Central and Eastern Europe, then the individual and SME markets. In September 2012, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of AXA Luxembourg. In September 2016, she was also appointed CEO of the new AXA Wealth Europe entity based in Luxembourg.

From March 2016 to March 2018, she was President of ACA, the Association des Compagnies d'Assurances et de Réassurances au Luxembourg.

After holding several positions at AXA France between 2020 and 2024, she has now returned to Luxembourg to take up the position of Deputy CEO at Foyer from 1 May 2024.
