MINALDO Anne-Sophie

Anne-Sophie is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in regulatory services, risk management, governance, and financial services. Currently, she serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Clearstream Banking Luxembourg, Banque de Patrimoines Privés where she also chairs the Audit and Risk Committees. Her leadership in these roles is underpinned by her strong expertise in financial regulation, internal controls, and corporate governance.

From 2011 to 2024, Anne-Sophie held the position of Partner and Head of Regulatory Services at KPMG Advisory, where she led a team of over 100 professionals delivering regulatory-driven transformation projects, forensic services, AML/CTF assistance, and licensing services for regulated entities. Prior to this, she was an Executive Committee Member at Banque Havilland, where she supervised risk and compliance functions during the bank's relaunch of its private banking services.

Her career also includes significant experience at Kaupthing Bank Luxembourg, where she served as Head of Back-office, overseeing the implementation of automated solutions for settlement processes and managing a team of 40+. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Manager at KPMG Audit, specializing in audits of financial institutions and investment funds.

In addition to her professional achievements, Anne-Sophie is a committed advocate for corporate governance. She earned a Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD in 2022 and holds a Master’s in Accounting & Finance from Université de Nancy II. She is fluent in both English and French.

Her leadership extends beyond the corporate sector, having served as Chairwoman of the KPMG Foundation from 2017 to 2021, where she steered initiatives that supported social impact and corporate responsibility. She was also Board member and treasurer of the French school of Luxembourg from 2010 to 2014. One of her moto is "The Meaning Of Life Is To Find Your Gift. The Purpose Of Life Is To Give It Away." and therefore delivered lessons to multiple schools (HEC Liege, ESCP, Sorbonne).
