MÜLLER Vanessa, EY

Vanessa is the EY Luxembourg ESG Lead, with extensive experience in this field. She is also responsible for EY’s Banking and Capital Markets Consulting clients. 

She has more than 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, focusing on major transformation projects from a business and technology perspective (ESG transformation from strategy to operationalization, core banking system implementation, post-merger integration, business and IT strategy and implementation, business and operating model definition, new products and services definition, digital transformation).

In the context of the EU action plan and ESG regulations, Vanessa has been driving several ESG implementation projects at Banking and Asset Management clients. While ensuring compliance at our clients, she has also participated to ESG strategy definition and to the design of ESG products and services at our Financial Services clients, as well as contributed to the change management related to the ESG journey. She delivers ESG trainings and updates to C-Suite and Board members on a regular basis.

Vanessa is a board member of LuxCMA, co-chairing their Sustainable Finance Working Group, and a co-chair of the ALFI CSRD Taskforce. She is also an active member of the ABBL Sustainability Committee.

Vanessa has also been involved in Public Sector Sustainability initiatives, including as an auditor of municipalities’ Sustainability objectives, as well as ESG trainings for Public think tanks.
