NICOLAS Anne-Marie, Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg Sàrl

Anne-Marie Nicolas is a Partner and heads the Luxembourg Banking and Finance department of the international lawfirm Loyens & Loeff. She specialises in international banking and finance, distressed and corporate governance matters. Anne-Marie is also a member of the non-executive board of Loyens & Loeff and co-chairs the ILA Legal and advocacy committee.

Previously, she worked as a banking and finance lawyer with a magic circle lawfirm in Luxembourg for 10 years and later headed the EMEA corporate and banking legal practice of an S&P500 industrial group, for which she also acted as an executive board member for a number of group entities and advised subsidiary board members in the EMEA region.

Anne-Marie is Luxembourg law and New York law qualified and holds Master’s Degree in French and German Law from the University of Paris I-Pantheon-Sorbonne and the Universität zu Köln and an LL.M. in American law from Boston University.
