RABINOWICZ Michael, Mangrove Capital Partners

Michael is a Partner and General Counsel at Mangrove Capital Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm. At Mangrove, he manages the firm’s operations and legal and regulatory affairs, and is responsible for the structuring, negotiation and execution of investments and exits. 

Michael has over 15 years of experience in advising on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He is admitted as a Solicitor of the Superior Courts of England & Wales.
