RASMUSSEN Jan Stig

Jan Stig is a Non-Executive Director and holds numerous directorships in financial companies in Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Denmark.

He is an ILA Certified Director, an ILA Certified Fund Governance Expert, and an INSEAD IDP-C. Jan Stig embarked on his career in Denmark's financial industry in 1980 but has lived in Luxembourg since 1987.

Before becoming Independent Non-Executive Director in 2013, Jan Stig was CEO of Sparinvest in Luxembourg and a member of the Group's Executive Committee (2005-2013) and Managing Director of Nordea Investment Funds (2000-2005). He was responsible for developing the group's international business model in both cases. Formerly, he was Executive Director at Nordea Bank's Private Banking Department (1992-1999), Associate Director and Head of International Bank Services (1989-1992), as well as Credit Officer and Deputy Head of Credit Department (1987-1989). Up to then, Jan Stig was a Client Advisor in the Bank's Danish branch network within the retail and corporate banking.
