SCHNEBERGER Patricia, BLI - Banque de Luxembourg Investments

Patricia is currently Senior HR Business Partner at Banque de Luxembourg.

She began her career as a consultant in HR & Change Management at renowned firms Wavestone and Sia Partners in Paris. She then chose to pursue an international career, joining Enovos International as HR Business Partner & Head of Training and Development, before serving as Senior HR Manager and member of the HR Leadership Team at SES, where she oversaw all Technology teams worldwide.

Most recently, she held the position of HR Director and Executive Committee Member at the Luxembourg Chamber of Trades.

Patricia holds a Master’s Degree from EDHEC Business School (Major Entrepreneurship, class of 2008), she speaks fluent French, German and English, she is also professionally fluent in Luxembourgish.
