VOSS Denise

Denise Voss is a Non-Executive Director of investment funds and has worked in the financial industry in Luxembourg since 1990, including 25 years with Franklin Templeton, where she was a Conducting Officer and member of the board of the Luxembourg management company. She obtained a BA in psychology from Tufts University, as well as a MSc in accountancy from Bentley University.

Denise serves on the board of Accelerating Impact, a non-profit organisation seeking to accelerate emerging fund managers focusing on climate and social investment themes.  From 2019-2025, she was Chairwoman of LuxFLAG, a non-profit agency awarding sustainable finance labels to eligible investment vehicles.  Denise is an adjunct lecturer for the Masters of Science in Wealth Management degree program at the University of Luxembourg, and Chairwoman of the EFAMA Investor Education Platform.  She was Chairwoman of ALFI from 2015-2019, a member of the ALFI board from 2007-2019 and is currently a member of ALFI committees.
