Course outline
This course reviews several practical aspects of being a Director in the fund industry, including the relationship between the Director and the Fund/Company, life as a Director, managing your liability and overseeing relations with authorities.
The implementation of good governance in the daily work of a Director in the fund industry will be illustrated through practical examples.
