Arendt’s Corporate Governance Centre is pleased to invite you to its 2025 webinar on the current trends, challenges and opportunities observed in corporate governance matters, with the cooperation and active support of ILA, the Luxembourg Institute of Governance.
 
The experts will discuss the following topics:

  • Jean-Luc Putz (Partner, Business Crime) and Noemie Haller (Counsel, Business Crime) will provide in-depth insights on the criminal liability risks faced by directors in their mandates, highlighting key legal considerations and preventive measures.
  • Emmanuelle Mousel (Partner, Insurance & Reinsurance; Banking & Financial Services) will examine recent developments in board diversity, emphasizing regulatory changes and practical steps for fostering more inclusive governance.
  • Astrid Wagner (Partner, Litigation & Dispute Resolution; IP, Communication & Technology) and Charles Ries (Senior Associate, Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions) will explore practical considerations and challenges related to shareholder meetings and litigation, particularly when meetings become contentious.
