The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is set to bring significant changes to corporate governance, with a focus on sustainability and transparency.
This Coffee Chat will provide Board members with an overview of the CSRD, its key requirements as well as the practical implications for Boards as they oversee compliance and integrate sustainability into corporate strategy. Useful real-life examples from companies that are already working on their CSRD reporting will be provided, both from the financial and non-financial sectors. It will also share insights on the long-term opportunities for value creation through sustainability the directive sets into motion.
This Coffee Chat will be beneficial for Directors sitting on Boards of companies that are in the scope of the Directive, but also Directors of companies such as SMEs, PIEs and subsidiaries that are not yet in the scope of the Directive, but want to be aware of its implications and be ready for future compliance.
This Coffee Chat is part of a series dedicated to sustainability regulations, with a second session dedicated to CS3D planned for 22 November. We recommend registering for both sessions as the two directives CSRD and CS3D are interconnected and complementary.
